TOMS shoes in bookstore
TOMS Shoes will be inside the main UofA BookStore. For every pair you purchase, TOMS will give a pair of shoes to a child in need. Watch a screening of “”For Tomorrow: The First Step of the Revolution”” from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Writing skills lecture
Joe Stefani of the Writing Skills Improvement Program will discuss “”Toward Conciseness: Clearing the Underbrush from Your Writing.”” This will be held in the Education building, room 312 at 4 p.m.
Street ball tournament
Sign up for the Bear Down 3-on-3 double elimination street ball tournament. The tournament welcomes four-player men’s and women’s teams.. The tournament will be held Nov. 15. Sign up at Student Recreation Center in suite 122.
