Taste the Rainbow Picnic, LGBTQ poetry reading
Bring your favorite dish and a blanket and celebrate diversity and the LGBTQ and allied community at UA. Also, enjoy the work of LGBTQ poets in your community presented by Kore Press’ Literature in Unexpected Places. The picnic will be held on the UA Mall from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
BIO5 Ambassadors’ Club hold open meeting
The BIO5 Ambassadors’ Club participates in outreach activities at local schools and on campus. Additionally, the club will have social events such as a hike to Sabino Canyon and Biosphere 2, fundraisers and opportunities to get together and build friendships that can last a lifetime. The club will be meeting in the Thomas W. Keating Bioresearch Building in room 103 at 4 p.m.
