One female UA student has a confirmed case of the H1N1 virus, according to UA officials.
The student was not hospitalized and has already made a full recovery. UA spokesman Johnny Cruz would not confirm whether the student lived on-campus at a residence hall or sorority.
Cruz said she became ill last week.
“”We can certainly say this is circulating nationwide, and we can expect more cases here,”” UA spokesman Johnny Cruz said.
There are 25 UA students with confirmed flu cases, all either mild or moderate. Nobody has been hospitalized.
