    Nominations for Native American Student Affairs awards due today

    The office of Native American Student Affairs is accepting nominations for student awards to be given at the 17th Annual Native American Student Affairs Convocation.

    Nominations must be submitted to NASA today by 5 p.m.

    Administrators, faculty, staff or community members can nominate American Indian full-time students for outstanding freshman, undergraduate, graduating senior, graduate academic and graduate service awards.

    The awards will be announced at the annual NASA convocation held May 10 in the South Ballroom of the Student Union Memorial Center.

    APASA holding open presentation session

    Asian-Pacific American Student Affairs is having an open presentation session tomorrow for a director candidate.

    At the session, the candidate, June Chu, will present on a student-affairs topic associated with the associated Pacific-American community at the UA.

    The presentation is tomorrow from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. in Career Services, Suite 411 on the fourth floor of the Student Union Memorial Center.
