UA students to perform in concert this week
The Tucson Symphony Orchestra will perform a piece written by music senior Roger Foreman in this year’s “”Celebrate the Future”” concert.
Foreman wrote the piece, “”Celtic Festival,”” while he was a junior at Amphitheater High School.
The concert will be at the Tucson Convention Center Music Hall at 7 p.m. on Thursday.
Other UA students will be involved in the event, including soloists Humberto Colon-Rivera, a music graduate student, and Devin Wiley, a chemical engineering senior.
