- UCF (3-0) ↑ 8
UCF picked up their biggest win of the season last Saturday, beating TCU in the first official Big 12 conference matchup. Early on in the third quarter, UCF was down 28-7 but managed to come back and win 35-34. UCF has a bye week this coming week, during which they will not play any games.
- Kansas State (3-0) ↑ 1
No. 13 Kansas State played their best game of the season in week 3, dominating Arizona 31-7. This game did not count toward the teams’ Big 12 record because Arizona had already scheduled this game before joining the Big 12. Kansas State will open up Big 12 play against BYU in week four.
- Utah (3-0) ↓ 2
No. 12 Utah beat in-state rival Utah State 38-21 despite not having their starting quarterback Cam Rising due to injury. Utah plays No. 14 Oklahoma State on the road in week four. Rising is expected to play Saturday for Utah.
- Oklahoma State (3-0) ↓ 1
Oklahoma State beat Tulsa last Saturday 45-10. They will look to stay undefeated against No. 12 Utah this Saturday.
- Arizona State (3-0) ↑ 8
The Sun Devils have surprised many people by starting off the season 3-0. Last weekend, they narrowly beat Texas State 31-28. Arizona State plays Texas Tech in week four with hopes of staying undefeated.
- BYU (3-0) ↑ 5
In week three, BYU beat Wyoming 34-14. This is the second season in a row BYU has started 3-0. BYU plays No. 13 Kansas State this Saturday, this will be one of their toughest games of the season.
- Iowa State (2-0) ↓ 3
No. 20 Iowa State had a bye week in week three after beating Iowa in week two. The Cyclones will look to improve to 3-0 against Arkansas State in week four.
- Arizona (2-1) ↓ 3
Arizona lost their first game of the season in week three. The Wildcats fell to Kansas State 31-7. Fortunately for Arizona fans, this game did not count against their Big 12 record. Arizona will get a bye week in week four before playing No. 12 Utah Saturday, September 28.
- Baylor (2-1) ↑ 3
Baylor beat Air force this past week 31-3 after coming off a lost from Utah in week two. Baylor plays Colorado this coming Saturday.
- Cincinnati (2-1) ↑ 5
Cincinnati beat Miami of Ohio 27-16 to get their second win of the season. They will look to get their third against Houston. This will be Cincinnati’s first Big 12 game of the season.
- Colorado (2-1) ↓ 3
Colorado stars Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter put on a show against Colorado State in their 28-9 win. Colorado starts Big 12 play against Baylor on Saturday.
- Texas Tech (2-1) ↑ 2
Texas Tech will play Arizona State on Saturday after demolishing North Texas 66-21. This will be Texas Tech’s first conference game.
- Houston (1-2) ↑ 2
Houston will play Cincinnati Saturday in their first Big 12 game. They are coming off a 33-7 win against Rice in week three.
- Kansas (1-2) ↓ 4
Kansas has been one of the more disappointing teams in the Big 12 after a 1-2 start. They will have to beat West Virginia in week four to avoid a 1-3 start.
- West Virginia (1-2) ↓ 9
The Mountaineers have also performed worse than expected after starting 1-2. West Virginia will try to turn their season around against Kansas on Saturday.
- TCU (2-1) ↓ 9
TCU is the only team in the Big 12 to have lost a conference game. The loss to UCF puts them in dead last in the Big 12 standings. They play SMU on Saturday as they try and get back to their winning ways.
