Starting on the back foot and ending on top, Arizona survives the round of 32 in the NCAA Tournament in Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. After a slow start, which saw the University of Oregon create a 15-point lead, the Wildcats clawed their way back. With three minutes left in the first half, the Ducks and the Wildcats began to trade the lead until the Wildcats created a small gap and never looked back. Coming out of halftime swinging, the Wildcats widened the gap to 10 points. As the game came to an end, the Ducks came within striking distance of the Wildcats’ lead until Arizona was able to extend for another five points for the win. The victory secures Arizona a rematch with Duke University in the Sweet 16.
