Arizona football receiver Delashaun Dean has decided to transfer from the school following his arrest on weapons charges a week ago, the Arizona Daily Star is reporting.
The Fairfield, Calif., native told the Star that he will transfer to Division II school Texas A&M-Kingsville.
In three years playing for head coach Mike Stoops, Dean grabbed 132 catches for 1,407 yards as one of the key members in Arizona’s offense.
Dean was arrested on a charge of misconduct with a weapon on June 19, according to police reports.
