Five-star recruit Terrance Ferguson announced his commitment to Arizona on Wednesday. Ferguson chose Arizona over Baylor, Kansas, Maryland, North Carolina and North Carolina State.
Ferguson becomes the fourth member of Arizona’s 2016 recruiting class, joining Lauri Markannen, Kobi Simmons and Rawle Alkins.
A six-foot-seven wing from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Ferguson played two years of high school basketball at Prime Prep Academy before transferring to Advanced Prep Academy in Dallas.
Ferguson originally committed to Alabama last summer before re-opening his recruitment in March.
Arizona’s 2016 class is now ranked No. 3 in the nation according to the recruiting website 247Sports.com.
