Members of the campus community will host a welcoming event on the front steps of the Adminstration building for President Ann Weaver Hart at 8:30 a.m. on July 9. While plans for the event are still developing, speakers will include Provost and Chief of Staff Jacqueline Mok, Associated Students of the University of Arizona President Katy Murray, Graduate and Professional Student Council Chairman Zachary Brooks and Hart herself. The UA’s Pride of Arizona pep band will also be performing. After the program, Hart will hold a meet-and-greet with university employees.
