Second Street will be closed between Park Avenue and Olive Road today so construction crews can continue work on the Tucson Modern Streetcar project.
According to a release from Bill Davidson, marketing specialist for UA Parking and Transportation Services, vehicles will need to detour along Mountain Avenue. Construction will continue next weekend, with similar closures on Second Street from Olive Road to Palm Drive.
