Three Arizona women’s golfers were named to the All-Pac-12 Conference teams, the conference announced Tuesday.
Freshman Manon Gidali was named first-team All-Pac-12 after finishing the season with an average of 72.58 including eight rounds at or below par. She finished in the top 10 three times and won the Wildcat Invitational in her first collegiate tournament.
Seniors Isabelle Boineau and Margarita Ramos were both named All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention. This is the third time in Boineau’s career that she’s earned a post-season honor from the conference. She had a stroke average of 74.27 with eight rounds at or below par. She recorded two top-10 finishes.
Ramos was named first team All-Pac-12 in 2011 and second team in 2010. As a senior, she averaged a 74.20 with eight rounds at or below par. She finished in the top 10 four times and led the UA at the Pac-12 Championships, finishing tied for ninth.
Arizona begins play in the NCAA East Regional Championships at Penn State in State College, Penn., lasting May 10-12.
