Republican presidential candidate Donald J. Trump flew into Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport to speak to the crowd of thousands on one of many stops along his campaign trail in Mesa, Arizona on Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2015. Trump was introduced by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and followed by one of the first 100 women pilots in the U.S. Air Force, Col. Wendy Rogers. After a late arrival on his private jet, Trump conducted a live interview with Bill O'Reilly and then addressed the adoring and mostly white crowd.
