Junior kicker Casey Skowron was the hero for Arizona football, as he scored 15 points, including the game winning last second field goal and the Wildcats beat Washington 27-26.
No. 14/17 Arizona improved to 8-2, 5-2 in the Pac-12 with the win over the Huskies (6-5, 2-5). The Wildcats have won eight games in the regular season for the first time since 1998.
Skowron’s field goal was the first game winner when the UA was trailing in the final seconds since Max Zendejas beat ASU in 1983.
