    3 things to know today

    Flower pollination power

    A UA professor of entomology will talk about the “”love potion”” chemistry between blossoms and moth pollinators, as well as the attraction between bats and night-blooming plants. Pre-registration is required, and tickets cost $15. The event takes place at 7 p.m. today at the Tucson Botanical Gardens, 2150 N. Alvernon Way. For more information, call 326-9686.

    Check out UA’s drag kings and drag queens today on the UA Mall from noon to 1 p.m. as part of Coming Out Week! Admission is free.

    An information session about the National Student Exchange is today from 2-3 p.m. in the Presidio Room of the Student Union Memorial Center. The program allows students to study at more than 200 different sites, including Guam, Canada and Puerto Rico, while paying UA tuition.
