Project Converse/Proyecto Converse. Project Converse is a student-run organization that offers an informal setting for practicing English. All practice is one-on-one conversation. 1 p.m. Free. Student Union Memorial Center, Tubac Room.
4 Our Soldiers. A variety of products will be sold, and 50 percent of the proceeds will be donated to create morale packages for deployed U.S. troops. This event is sponsored by Arnold Air Society. 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. UA Mall
Meat out. The Students Organized for Animal Rights are holding a meat out. The organization will be providing free vegetarian food along with other events. 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Free. UA Mall

- Exhibit. “”Making A Statement: A community-based project questioning the role of the idea, the object and the author in contemporary art”” runs through May 3. This project is co-hosted by Brookhart Jonquil and Sanya Glisic. All day. Free. SUMC, Kachina Gallery
Exhibit. “”Women of Courage.”” An exhibit of photographs by Edwina Scott. Free. Campus Christian Center Art Gallery.
Film. The currently unreleased movie “”Eagle vs. Shark”” will be playing in a special advanced screening. To attend, students must pick up a pass from the Gallagher Theater box office or the SUMC Info Desk. 7 p.m. Free. Gallagher Theater
