A pretrial scheduled yesterday for UA guard Daniel Dillon for charges related to driving under the influence was postponed until June 5, according to court records.
Dillon, who requested the postponement, was arrested on charges of DUI, DUI with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit of 0.08 and speeding during the early morning of March 13, according to police reports. He was suspended for Arizona’s NCAA Tournament loss to Purdue later that week.
Cases can be postponed if evidence needs to be supplied, paperwork completed or witnesses gathered.
Dillon, now 21, was 20 at the time of the arrest.
