Pillars of Excellence Reception
The Pillars of Excellence Reception will be held today at 4:30 p.m. on the lower level of the UA Bookstore. The reception will honor the 2005 and 2006 UA Regents’ Professors, University Distinguished Professors, University Distinguished Outreach Professors as well as selected students from the Honors College.

Today’s college students are more self-centered than in the past, according to a study released this week by San Diego State University. Results are based on 16,475 responses to the Narcissistic Personality Inventory from 1982 to 2006. The trend could mean a future breakdown in close relationships.
