Arizona football linebacker Scooby Wright didn’t record any tackles this week, but grabbed four national player of the year awards.

On Thursday night, the true sophomore won the the Chuck Bednarik Award, which goes to the nation’s “most outstanding defensive player” and is awarded by the Maxwell Football Club. Wright beat Vic Beasley of Clemson, and Joey Bosa of Ohio State during the ESPN Home Depot College Football Awards Show in Orlando, Fla.
Also on Thursday, he won SB Nation Defensive Player of the Year.

Wright won the Rotary Lombardi Award on Wednesday. It goes to the best defensive lineman or linebacker in the country.
On Monday, he won the Bronko Nagurski Trophy, for most outstanding defensive player.
Also this week, Wright won the CBS Sports Defensive Player of the Year, was named Walter Camp, USA Today, SB Nation and a CBSSports.com All-American.
