The University of Arizona men’s and women’s swim and dive team had select players compete in the USA Diving Winter Nationals, held in Bloomington, Ind., from Dec. 7-15. Junior women’s diver Brooke Earley and freshman men’s diver Colin Agor were selected to participate.
Earley competed in the women’s 1-meter and 3-meter diving events. While she placed 17th in the 1-meter event with a score of 215.30, her 11th place finish in the 3-meter preliminary round secured her a place in the finals. Her score for the preliminary was 248.70 points.
Selected from 37 divers in the 3-meter event, Earley earned a spot in the finals which landed her 13th overall finishing with 470.75 points.
Agor competed in the men’s 1-meter and 3-meter diving events. He placed 22nd in the 3-meter event with 293.20 points and 28th in the 1-meter event with 265.60.
