Who’s Happy first appeared in the Canland Communicator on March 24th, 1968. The original comic strips were unsigned, but they are believed to be created by cartoonist and Canland resident, Happ Hadley. Here we see the introduction of Happy the carefree quesadilla vendor and Gimme Gimme Gato, local entrepreneur and capitalist.
