With the end of the semester upon them, Associated Students of the University of Arizona officials are taking time to review their programs.
“”This semester was really exciting because of some new successful programs, like Family Weekend,”” said Jessica Anderson, ASUA executive vice president
Although the senators represent the interests of students, they are also pursuing individual goals.
“”On a personal level, it is my last semester with student government and ASUA,”” Anderson said. “”I am looking from a club resource standpoint, and my biggest goal is to bring back some fundraising events from prior years.””
The senators have spent much of this semester developing programs for next semester.
“”I know the Collegiate Readership Program will have its test run starting in January,”” said Sen. Emily Fritze. “”Sen. (Stephen) Wallace’s ‘Senate Survival Guide’ has been successful so far, and the feedback for that has been really helpful.””
The senators say they are trying to be objective in identifying their weak points and constantly find their Achilles heel to be communication.
