The University of Arizona marked the anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor with its annual memorial ceremony outside Old Main on Sunday, Dec. 7. Students, faculty, veterans, Naval ROTC members and community members gathered to remember the 1,177 USS Arizona servicemen who died on this day 84 years ago on Dec. 7, 1941 in what became the start of America’s involvement in WWII.
